Hello! I am the Director of Business Innovation at Nurun, a digital product and service consultancy part of Publicis Groupe. My remit runs in two directions: catalyzing innovation across the agency's tech, design, and data teams, and guiding organizations through digital transformation, from integrating AI into product roadmaps to modernizing complex ecosystems.

My work moves across three time horizons at once: near-term delivery, mid-term capability building, and long-term transformation. Alongside the agency, I sit on the boards of MUTEK, UKAI, and the Plurality University Network, three not-for-profit organizations at the intersection of culture, creativity, and social innovation.


LIGHTER THAN YOU THINK

Change is complex and requires courage, but it doesn’t have to feel like rolling boulder over the hill. I believe that transformation doesn’t need to be painful or necessarily take forever. With the right approach, mindsets, and allies, it can unfold gracefully.

Trained in organizational development, corporate innovation, and a local leader in Montreal's strategic foresight community, I work with systems, teams and individuals. Currently training toward an ICF Professional Certified Coach credential, my mission is to help business leaders, creative thinkers, and changemaker surf the waves of the Acceleration age.

The ambition that runs through it all: to help organizations and the people inside them co-create futures worth inhabiting.
